Refund Policy

We at Style The Nursery hope that you love your purchase from us, but understand that there may be circumstances whereby you wish to return items.

Returning Your Item(s)

To arrange a return, please email kirstie@stylethenursery.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including your full name and quoting your order number (this can be found in your order confirmation email). If your item is faulty, please include full details.

All returned items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them, and must be in the original packaging with tags still attached.

You can return your item(s) for a full refund for any reason within 21 days of receipt, provided you have emailed us to arrange your return within 7 days of receipt and item(s) are received in an unused, undamaged and resalable condition as described above. Returns outside of this time frame or not meeting these conditions cannot be accepted.

You are responsible for paying any postage/shipping costs for returning your item(s). Style The Nursery will only cover return postage/shipping costs for faulty item(s), and will arrange this once the faulty item(s) have been received by Style The Nursery.

We recommend that you use a secure recorded delivery service to return your item(s) and retain proof of postage. You are responsible for postage and we will be unable to provide a refund for any item(s) that are lost.

Receiving Your Refund

Refunds will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow between 3 and 10 working days for your refund to be processed; this can vary between card issuers. Style The Nursery can not be held responsible for interest charges applied by credit card issuers whilst waiting for your refund to be processed.

Exchanges For Faulty Items

We only replace items if they are faulty. Items are considered to be faulty if they are received in a damaged state. Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If no replacement stock is available for an exchange you will receive a full refund.

We do not offer exchanges for unwanted items. You may request a refund for unwanted items and place a new order for an alternative item.
